WebSphere/Java EE Architect

Essential:

  • Solid skills with Java SE and Java EE
  • Extensive experience with OO Analysis and Design, and with OO and Architectural Design Patterns
  • Hands-on development experience with Web Services and familiarity with SOA
  • Full lifecycle development and architecture experience, including production rollouts

Preferred:

  • Experience with WAS ND 5.x, 6.0 ND, Portal 5.x, WBI-SF 5.1, Process Server 6.0, ESB 6.0
  • Solid experience with WebSphere Development Tools – WSAD 5.x, RAD/RSA 6.0, WID 6.0
  • Knowledge and experience with lightweight agile and/or enterprise-scale development methodologies

WebSphere Deployment and Operations Specialist

Essential:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the Java EE Packaging and Deployment model
  • Extensive hands-on experience with WAS 5.x and 6.0 ND Deployment and Administration
  • Experience with Deployment Topology Design and Rollout for WebSphere AppServer production systems
  • Management and troubleshooting experience for highly available WAS 5.x / 6.0 ND production systems
  • In-depth experience in development of deployment scripts for Java EE applications to WAS

Business Development Manager – Sales

Job duties include:

  • Identifying, qualifying and closing software product and services sales in new and existing accounts
  • Achieving revenue and gross margin objectives, measured quarterly
  • Pricing the solution profitable and leading / participating in the negotiation on terms and conditions with the client
  • Making daily and weekly sales calls with assigned geographical location and existing accounts
  • Establishing key processes involving marketing, sales, opportunity development, backlog, and client satisfaction

Essential:

  • 5+ years successful experience selling IT services including experience successfully working a complex sales cycle
  • Ability to identify product and services opportunities and effectively articulate and sell Sima Solutions’ services offerings to the client
  • Ability to manage multiple sales transactions
  • Established business relationships in place
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and writing skills
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Ability to sell to both a technical and business audience
  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred:

  • Experience selling in the Business Integration Space (EAI, Portals, Web Services)
  • Experience selling IBM Software
  • Relationships that are easily referenced and in place to help us meet or exceed our 2.0-M first-year sales revenue quota
