Job duties include:
- Identifying, qualifying and closing software product and services sales in new and existing accounts
- Achieving revenue and gross margin objectives, measured quarterly
- Pricing the solution profitable and leading / participating in the negotiation on terms and conditions with the client
- Making daily and weekly sales calls with assigned geographical location and existing accounts
- Establishing key processes involving marketing, sales, opportunity development, backlog, and client satisfaction
Essential:
- 5+ years successful experience selling IT services including experience successfully working a complex sales cycle
- Ability to identify product and services opportunities and effectively articulate and sell Sima Solutions’ services offerings to the client
- Ability to manage multiple sales transactions
- Established business relationships in place
- Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and writing skills
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota
- Excellent work ethic
- Ability to sell to both a technical and business audience
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred:
- Experience selling in the Business Integration Space (EAI, Portals, Web Services)
- Experience selling IBM Software
- Relationships that are easily referenced and in place to help us meet or exceed our 2.0-M first-year sales revenue quota
